LCA is pleased to offer lacrosse for both boys and girls as a spring sports activity. Saints Lacrosse is a club sport open to both LCA and non-LCA students, but follows the guidelines and principles of CYO sports. No prior experience is required.

We competitively play Northeast Ohio area club teams and participate in local tournaments. Our middle school team (grades 7 and 8) participates in the Ohio Middle School Lacrosse Association tournament in Dublin, OH.

Teams and Fees*

  • Boys’ Bantam grades 2-4 $110
  • Boys’ Youth (Junior Varsity) grades 5-6 $115
  • Boys’ Middle School (Varsity) grades 7-8 $125
  • Girls’ Youth (Junior Varsity) grades 4-6 $110
  • Girls’ Middle School (Varsity) grades 7-8 $110

*The differences in fees between teams are based on the number of tournaments, games played, and equipment costs by each level/gender. Scholarships are available.


  • Current physical payment and forms must be on file before participation
  • Regular season practices will begin in March for Youth and Middle School Teams
  • Boys*: Tuesdays & Thursdays (6:00 – 7:30 p.m.)
  • Girls*: Tuesdays & Thursdays (5:30 – 6:30 p.m.)

**Practice will occur regardless of rain (or snow) unless lightening has been observed. Times may also vary per team. Additional practices will be scheduled as time permits. Bantam team will start later in the season.


  • Reversible practice/game jerseys will be included in participation fees
  • T-Shirts for all players
  • Team will provide game jerseys or pinnies to all players
  • Team will provide helmets or boys can bring their own.
  • Goalies—Team will provide all goalie gear and goalie sticks
  • Boys: All players will purchase their own gloves, cup, cleats, elbow and lacrosse shoulder/chest pads, and lacrosse stick
  • Girls: Goggles, lacrosse stick and gloves
  • Please bring a reusable water bottle
  • During the off season, helmets are available for a $20.00 rental fee
  • Saints Lacrosse stickers are available for $7.00


  • The game tournament season runs from the end of March thru the first weekend of June. Games are played on all days of the week and no transportation is provided. Location and dates of games depend on the opponents and our tournament participation
  • Year-end Lacrosse wrap-up picnic at Lakewood Park TBA


  • Coaches: We have great coaches, but we need others that can help out during practices and/or games. No experience is required.
  • Parents will be scheduled to help with game day liquids, energy snacks, and fruit
  • Assistance with fundraising would also be helpful
  • Involved parents make any program successful
