I love working at LCA because I truly feel like part of a family, I feel valued and appreciated, and I adore our LCA children and families! At LCA, the arts are considered core, not “extra.” The administration, faculty, staff, parents, and children understand the importance of the arts to a child’s learning and development, as well as their social emotional health, and I am so grateful to be able to share the joy of music with this community!
