Assistant to the Director of Early Childhood Learning

Lakewood Catholic Academy’s Early Childhood Program is one of the largest Catholic early childhood programs in the state of Ohio.  Children ages 6 weeks through 5 years old are cared for and educated in our program.  We are seeking a dynamic, creative, collaborative, and tech-savvy individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual that wants to work in a classroom and gain leadership experience.  The ideal candidate will: Appreciate and advance the program’s mission, vision, and core values by working with teachers and children in classrooms and taking on assigned administrative tasks.  Duties may include: Working in classrooms as needed, Assisting administrators in opening and closing the program, Maintaining files and data, Preparing meetings and events, Be experienced with and eager to contribute to collaborative activities within the classroom and throughout the program. Must have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and have or be willing to attain the required ODE trainings to work in an early childhood program.
